How does bathmate work?
The basic principle of vacuum penis enlargement is down to the fact that your penis is made up of three chambers. It is the blood vessels in these chambers that fill up with blood when you have an erection. How do you use bathmate?
1) Fill the bath with water, get in and relax for a few minutes.
2) Once relaxed, out the bathmate under the water and allow it to completely fill. Whilst still under the water put your penis inside.
3) Push the bathmate down towards your pelvic area several times until you start to feel a vacuum created. Surplus water will be released from the pressure valve at the top as you do this. You may need to pump it 4 or 5 times but do so until no more water comes out of the release valve.
4) Once you cannot compress the gaiter any more just sit back and relax for 5 to 10 minutes. Whenever you find you cannot pump anymore you can be sure that you are at the safest optimum vacuum for that particular time.
5) Every 4 or 5 minutes try to pump bathmate once again. As your penis expands this will force excess water out of the bathmate every time you pump. Because of the safety features built into the bathmates valve you can be sure that you will never exceed a safe amount of vacuum.
6) Keep pumping bathmate to maintain optimum vacuum whenever you think it is necessary. Remember this is the point when NO excess water is expelled from the valve.
7) If you feel like there is too much pressure built up, simply tap the pressure release button at the top of the device. This will release some pressure. After 15 to 20 minutes stand up and press and hold the pressure release as you remove the device. You will now see what a huge difference this amazing device can make.
8) We recommend using the unit no more often than once a day, for 15 to 20 minute sessions. For the best results we suggest using the device at least 3 times a week.
Can you use bathmate in the shower?
You will find bathmate is effective in the shower as in the bath. The device has been designed to ensure it will function at it's best in either environment. For many men it is simply more convenient to use whilst showering.
1) Fill the bathmate up with water from the shower head.
2) Hold the bottom of the device to ensure no water is escaping.
3) Insert your penis into the device and pump the gaiter towards your body to create a vacuum
4) Now continue to shower. Feel free to remove your hands to wash. Every 4-5 minutes simply pump the gaiter to ensure you are still at the optimum vacuum.
5) After 15 to 20 minutes press the pressure release valve at the end of the device and remove your penis from the device.
6) Continue to enjoy the rest of 
your shower with your larger penis!
